i normally dont do this, but it was particularly itchy at that point plus it was really annoying my dad.

Driving Daddy Around the Bend

Usually its the father who teaches his son to drive.
But, in this case, since I am the smarter and the more talented one in the house; i taught my dad how to ride a bike.. ofcourse, big hearted too as I am, i let him practise on my own precious bike. Here's how it went (wasn't easy i tell u, i had to be very patient) !

Im so Down..

Last week has not been easy..

Caught the monsoon bug from Mumbai and fell ill with a loose tummy the day i landed in delhi.. Got over that, I got a Pentaxim vaccine shot which gave me fever for 2 days.

And now i am down with the viral.. fever, stuffy (and sometimes runny) nose, bad throat. Haven't been able to sleep. Went to the doc early morning today with a 102 degrees temp! Most kids present at the clinic too had the same symptoms.

Came back loaded with medicines.

Gosh, its tough being a kid.

The Art of 'posing'

Here's a bit about my new found talent.. The Art of Posing for the camera.

Although Ive been facing the lens for 18 months; but its only NOW that ive realised that i must put my best face forward to get some lasting memories of my toddler-hood.
So when I am in the mood i pose, like heroines, as my dad likes to put it.
And when i don't want to be clicked i simply nod my head and turn away. Isn't that smart !

and finally the gates of heaven opened on Delhi-ites today when out of the blue we had three short but good showers back-2-back.
what a respite from the scorching heat.

And my heart sings....



Thunder crashes.
Lightening flashes.
Rain makes puddles,
I make splashes.





"Splash," said a raindrop
As it fell upon my head;
"Splash said another
As it trickled down my back.
"You are very rude," I said
As I looked up to the sky;
Then another raindrop splashed
Right into my eye!

Mumbai Rocking!

After the huge disappointment that was Nainital, Mumbai fared much better.

I had lots of fun, the weather was awesome, made lots of friends...a number of them celebrities...and all of them pretty! and shopped, and had fun on the beach too.
